VizFX are specialists in creative visualisation and industrial game development, providing technical animations, virtual reality experiences, and robotic and electro-mechanical simulators and digital twin products – simulating industrial robots, mast manipulators, bridge cranes, and more – for use in operator training and virtual commissioning.
The company builds training simulators and digital twin products which can include bespoke control systems such as joysticks and pendant controllers to simulate real-world control systems, using game development software to produce simulators and digital twins, and producing our control systems using a combination of our in-house design, 3D-printing and assembly capabilities.
Project Spotlight: BEP Robot Training System
The BEP RTS is a single and dual 6-axis industrial robot training simulator, utilising realistic inverse kinematics for teleoperation, to allow operators to drive virtual robots in Axis, World and Tool modes. The RTS provides a safe virtual environment where operators can learn how to operate the robots.
After issues with a client’s previous vendor – who had the project for around 6 years – VizFX were tasked with completing the project in just 6 months. The project was completed on time and on budget with 100% customer satisfaction.
